Psychologist from the University of Lima with 3 years of experience leading Human Resources processes such as recruitment and selection, training, climate and well-being; in various areas such as Consulting, Insurance and Cosmetics.

She started her career at Resource, an executive search firm related to Boyden Peru. Here, Adriana had the opportunity to support the consultants in different recruitment and selection processes for a wide range of sectors.
In 2015, she joined The Chubb Corporation, a global provider of insurance products, where she led the recruitment and selection process for both the administrative public and the sales force.

Her greatest experience was in Natura Cosméticos, a direct sales company dedicated to the production and marketing of beauty products. For a year and a half, he had the responsibility to support and meet the recruitment and selection, training and culture needs for the commercial management of the business: Commercial Planning Management, Product Marketing Management, Relationship Marketing Management, Commercial Management and the division of the sales force.

Subsequently, she assumed the challenge of leading the process of benefits and welfare of the company, being responsible for the execution of internal events focused on strengthening the climate and organizational culture, as well as managing the portfolio of benefits and insurance for employees.
