Communicator fom the University of Lima with 5 years of experience in the world of consulting. She began her professional career performing process improvement and enhancing human capital within various companies in the Banking sector, Market Research and Law Firms. She has made start-ups of Human Resources projects developing manuals and training in the use and administration of the same.
In 2015, she joined Banco Pichincha, where she led the elaboration of normative documents that include definitions, guidelines and procedures according to business requirements. She also planned, executed and was responsible for accompanying the closed projects to ensure continuity of results.
Her greatest experience was in Page Group, a recruitment and specialized selection firm, being the leader and specialist of Page Assessment, start-up that provides and applies advice to all types of clients, according to their needs, providing support in human capital assessment, development of succession planning, individual development plans and exchange of best practices and knowledge of the industry.
Subsequently, she assumed the challenge of leading selection processes in the area of Technology & Startups, in Page Personnel, her role was focused on the commercial part, as well as on the responsibility of making and executing the delivery of the processes for various clients.
Finally, in July 2019, she joined Equation Partners as an Associate to the firm to continue strengthening and developing the line of recruitment and selection of senior management executives for different clients and industries.
