She joined Equation Partners in November 2023 as a Research Associate, assuming responsibility for identifying and mapping the market through detailed analysis by industry and target companies. In addition, conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate the candidates' alignment with the desired profile.

During her time at the firm, she has worked on search projects in the retail, mass consumption and telecommunications sectors.
