We founded Equation Partners (EQP) in 2009, as an alternative to the international headhunting firms present in Chile. With a closer and more flexible approach, we are able to provide our clients with a comprehensive consulting service, leveraging industry best practices with an independence that frees us from global guidelines with little adjustment to local realities.
With a strong exposure to the Latin American market, we are present in Chile and Peru directly, and in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico and Colombia through our AltoPartners alliance.
