Carolina Diesel

Carolina is a Designer and has a successful professional career of almost 25 years in the areas of Marketing, Finance, and Professional Services. For the last 15 years he has worked in the field of executive search, leading recruitment and selection processes for management positions (c-level) in national and multinational companies.

 

During her career she has participated in more than 300 search processes for mining companies, mining service companies, industrial companies, and the electricity sector (generation/ERNC).

 

Prior to joining Equation Partners in 2018, Carolina worked at two renowned local hunting firms.
