
León Guzmán
León Guzmán has an outstanding professional career spanning more than 25 years of experience in executive coaching, change management, life coaching, strategic communications, people analytics, sustainability, and public-private relations.
He holds a degree in psychology from Diego Portales University and a Master's in Political Science from Columbia University. He also holds certifications in Ontological Coaching from The Newfield Network, Strategic Leadership from Adolfo Ibáñez University, and Neurocoaching from the Neuroleadership Institute in New York City. He also has a certification in Neuroscience for Business from MIT Sloan Business School and a diploma in Relational Psychoanalysis from the Catholic University of Chile.
He has been general manager of Burson Marsteller Chile, Acción Empresas, and the organizational consulting firm The Newfield Network. In addition, he was a partner at Hill & Knowlton Captiva and in 1998 founded the consulting firm Add Value, dedicated to the implementation of sustainability and local development strategies. He has also been an academic at various universities, chief of staff to the President of the Chilean Chamber of Deputies, and advisor to ministers.
He is also a founding partner of Tálanton +50 and a member of the advisory boards of the Network of Women in Senior Management (Redmad), the Faculty of Psychology at Diego Portales University, and the postgraduate program at the Faculty of Psychology at Adolfo Ibáñez University. He is also a member of the Chilean Association of Psychoanalysis and Relational Psychotherapy (APPR).
