Oscar began his career at GM, where he joined Management Associate, and then at Citibank, where he held management positions at Human Capital, in Buenos Aires, Madrid, London, New York and Santiago de Chile, the city where he led that role for Latin America. After a period of two years in a private equity group, he completed his corporate career as a member of the Executive Committee of the National Commercial Bank in Saudi Arabia.

Since 2005, he has been leading two professional international consulting practices: Advisory (in Talent Management, Performance Management, Organizational Development and Leadership Development), and Executive & Team Coaching, as a partner of Praesta, a leading international executive coaching firm. Oscar is also Coach of the INSEAD Global Leadership Center and of the IESE Business School. Among his client companies are global companies that are relevant in the financial, retail and manufacturing industries. During his professional career as an executive and consultant, he has carried out more than 150 processes of management evaluation and first level coaching. Since 2015, Oscar leads the practice of Talent Management in EQP.

Industrial Engineer with executive development studies from Harvard, Wharton and University of Michigan. He obtained a degree in Organizational Behavior and is certified as an executive coach at INSEAD.
