Pamela has over 15 years of professional experience in the Human Resources field.
In 2011 she joined Equation Partners as an Associate and since then she has participated in the origination and execution of multiple search processes in the retail, financial, pharmaceutical, energy and public sector industries.
Before joining EQP, she worked for almost 10 years at Scotiabank. At the beginning of 2004 she assumed the position of Human Resources Consultant (Business Partner) for the Branch Branch of People Banking. In 2008, she was appointed Head of Selection, where she assumed responsibility for the recruitment and selection process of the post-merger bank (Scotiabank and Banco del Desarrollo), and her main achievements were the installation of the competency-based selection model and the creation of a culture based on non-discrimination following the guidelines of Scotiabank Canada. In 2010, she assumes as a Senior HR Consultant for the Retail Banking Division from a general perspective and attending to the needs of recruitment and selection, organizational development, compensation, training and labor relations. From this position, I supported the following managements: Management Control and Management Reports, Marketing Management, Segment Management, Channel Management, Network Development Bank Management and Sales Force Management.
