Alessandra Ducci

Alessandra is a Commercial Engineer with a major in Economics from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and has a Post Degree in Ontological Business Coaching from the Universidad San Sebastián.

 

Between 1991 and 1997, she worked as an associate at Seminarium, where she began building her career in consulting and talent management. Subsequently, between 1997 and 2000, she served as an associate at Human Side and then as a partner at CD Consultores from 2000 to 2004. In 2009, her professional career took a turn towards spiritual accompaniment when she joined the Santa María Spirituality Center as a Spiritual Accompanying , a role he held until 2017.

 

In 2018, Alessandra began working as a Business and Personal Ontological Coach, a practice she continues to this day. Her approach to ontological coaching focuses on helping individuals and teams observe and address their concerns from new perspectives, empowering them to take control of their lives and decisions.

 

Since 2018, he has been part of the team of tutors at Lukkap Chile, where he specializes in outplacement processes. In this role, Alessandra accompanies people in their job transition, providing them with support and tools to face new challenges with confidence and security.

 

In 2024 she joined Equation Partners as a Partner.
